MAYBE YOURE BLOCKED THESE SITES

option 1:
Reset your browser and try
option 2:
go to start and type
cmd and press enter
Now run these commands
cd c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
notepad hosts
A notepad pop up should come up
check if you have suspicious entries below
::1 localhost
Option 3:
Make sure you have username and password given by bsnl for router configuration
Check for small pin ,behind the router(near the power plug),press it for 10 seconds(use a small pin or something)
Now reconfigure your router.
