Cd/rwd

Hello,
Every time i insert a cd with a video it show me that the cd is blank, i have opened the video at work and it works , so i know it has it, what can i do, please?

Hi,

Well try to clean drive with the help of lens cleaner available in local computer stores and even supermarkets if not fixed then firmware may be corrupted bu which you can try to reinstall or replace with new drive,
