Hello, ive been having problems with eMachine computer I don't know if it's just an old model or what but I turn on my computer and it will say enter F11 to boot and I'll enter it than it shows the windows xp it will load than it just stops and it either goes completely black or freez and do absolutely nothing I even tried shutting it off a few times and restarting it and it just does the same thing over again. My husband even bought a new ram chip and nothing still so I don't think it's that either. Plz can someone tell me what more to do cuz I dont think I can afford another desktop computer.
