Authentication problem

Hello,

I have WRT350N router and when i tried to connect it its getting authentication error.To solved the problem i have reset to factory default but still the problem is there.Is any one having the solution please let me know.

what authentication are you using? WPA-PSK(TKIP)

What happens if you change it to WPA(TKIP) or a less secure?
