My Omatek noteboot cannot reboot

Hello, pls i downloaded a window7 application on my Omatek notebook adapter. Alreadily, i was using windows Xp.The application i downloaded was about me using windows 7 on my windows Xp.After downloading, i installed it. It then asked if i would reboot immediately or manually later then i chose reboot immediately. Since then my computer cannot boot again. It only boot halfway and reboot again continuosly. Pls help and if you did not get well pls inbox on my mail
