Downgrading vista to Windows server 2003

Hello,
my loptapis HP dv5 1207au,by default it came with Vista,i am trying to install WINDOWS 2003 Server it failed,please help me how to downgrade,i dont have bois option

First of all any OS from vista is considered an upgrade (vista sucks)

secondly, why on earth would you want to install Server 2003 into a laptop?
