DVD recognize

Hello,

i have a problem with my DVD-Ram or DVD-RW When i put empty cd/dvd it doesn't show write these files to CD. Before it shows.

And when i take out cd/dvd then it show write these files to cd


Help I bought new 1 but same problem Help !!^^

Did you try third party burning softwares?

Did you try with different CD's ?

Run this

http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/2/3/E237A32D-E0A9-4863-B864-9E820C1C6F9A/MicrosoftFixit.dvd.Run.exe

Restart

If that doesnt work,

Right click on your dvd drive and see if you have RECORDING tab

Yes it shows recording tab but when i right click on my dvd drive it does not show write these files to CD when the cd in drive but when i take out i show write then files to CD
