Urgent, downloading procedure through utorren

Hello,
I have downloaded utorrent 3.0 version, any thing I am downloading it's taking lot of time to do so, actually I don't know the procedure of downloading any game or software through utorrent. I'll be very much thankfull if u brief about procedure for downloading using utorrent.

Download torrents which have maximum seeders

Those torrents will give you high speed
