while i was run the site youtube . one notification came that is insitall flash player than i download it. after this i am going to install it,while installing it comes problems. retriving insitall doesn't go ahead

Try this
Uninstall flash player with this

Reboot your computer.
Download this
http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/d/17d82b72-bc6a-4dc8-bfaa-98b37b22b367/subinacl.msi
Create a folder on the desktop and save it
Download this
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/494/cpsid_49419/attachments/reset_fp10.zip
Extract the reset_fp10.cmd.
subinacl.exe and reset_fp10.cmd files are in the same location (folder)
Double-click reset_fp10.cmd.
Do not use the machine while SubInACL is running.
When it is finished you will see "Press any key to continue".
Now go here

DOwnload and install it
