i just bought a size 10 black ink cartridge and i checked that it wast in the printer correctly(and ti is) and my printer says its printingbut my paper comes out blank

Hi Mary,
The cartridge must be cleaned using the printer cleaning tool.
Go to your control panel, find your printer, right clic and select properties or setting, click on tools, you should find the cleaning tool.
