- Adjust the color cartridge. Open the document – or anything else – that you need to print.
- Reinstall the printer. Go to Start, select Settings, and choose Devices.
- Update the printer driver. Type Device Manager in the Cortana Search box and select from the search result.

Hi,
Check in particular the blue and yellow ink cartridges - they're mixed together to make the green color. You can print a color test page to ensure that all ink cartridges are working properly.
In case you haven't used your printer for a while, the ink cartridges may have dried out. Therefore, replacing them should fix the problem with the green color.
