Hello,
when i start my compuer windows lodding at that time monitor goes black and and a green box displayed in monitor with hz? plz help me how to solve this problem plz

This sounds like the display was changed to frequency outside the range the monitor is able to display. Press F8 immediately after you turn on the PC. This should get you into "safe mode". Safe mode uses a default frequency and screen size that is compatible will all monitors. Then you can change the monitor settings in the Control Panel.
