DO CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
highlight all the cells under reference
click format-conditional formatting
highlight all the cells under reference
click format-=conditional formatting(CF)
in CF window
condition1
"the cell value is "
keep
between
in the small window next
next window type 0
in the last small window type
69
if you entered as number the above is ok
if you have entered something like 45% then make 0% and 69% above
click format in the second row of the CF window
in the format window choose "pattern" at the top
color shades will come up choose color and click ok
you are back CF window
next click "add" in the bottom
repeat the same steps except the nummbers are no 70 and 69
again when you come back to CF window repeat steps with numbers as 70 and 100
when you come back to CF
click ok
now see
read help under "conditional formatting"
