Copy a row to another sheet with conditions

Hello,

I am very new with coding in excel.

I have a sheet called AFF with rows containing different information. If a cell in column Q is not emtpy and a change is made somewhere in that row the entire row will copy to another sheet called Results. The rows that are copied to the "Result-sheet" must be sorted chronologically without any empty rows in between.

AFF: --> Results: Column Q
Column Q
row 1 row 2 10
row 2 10 row 4 11
row 3
row 4 11
row 5

If a change is made later on affecting row 1, I need row 1 to be listed before row 2 and 4 in the Result sheet (looking at the example above).
