Macro to find and copy cells

Hello,
I have never wrote a macro using VB I normally just do simple ones step by step, could you please tell me how to do one that finds the cells that have the same information and copies it to another sheet? ex: if the part 14-604L is using in another site other than site 1 i would like that to be copied to another sheet so i end up with a list of all the shared parts among sites.

Thank you and sorry for such a basic question but I am not sure how else to find out, I have been reading but with no guidance i have a hard time visualizing it.

try RECORDING the macro and edit the macro. if there is problem in editing the macro post back with the macro and if possible with small extract of sheet 1 and sheet which can be uploaded to
speddyshare.com
you have to post the webpage for downloading.
