Hello, I have a dell dimension e521 desktop bios version 1.1.4 processor amd sempron3400 1.80 gig bus 800mhz cache 256 kb . My problem started when I could not connect to windows live messenger and got a notification could not connect ,I have a laptop and have
no problem connecting I tried everything I could and then decided to re load windows xp so I put in my disc and booted from the cd drive and got this error File\i386\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded the error code is 32768 press any key to continue please help as this is my grandsons computer thx in advance Fred
