Panasonic CF30 wont install winxp

Hello,
I want to install win xp on my panasonic CF30 but mid way it tells me "no hard disk detected". It has no option of resetting the bios, some one pliz advise

When you insert Windows Cs press tab or f2 and follow the instruction...
