How to connect Vodafone Internet to PC?

Hi! I am using Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360 Android Smartphone and my connection is of Vodafone prepaid in India (Lucknow). I want to use net from PC using mobile? I have recently set-up a bluetooth conection on my PC and connect my mobile to PC with high speed USB 2.0 Port. Internet also get connected but the speed is 900kbps.. How can I increase it?? I am using www as APN and *99***1# as Dial Up Numbet... Please help me:-) !!!!

Okay thanks but after downloading that software on my PC, what should I have to do then?
