Internet connection problem

Hello,

I have a 108 mbps Netgear WGT624 V3 wireless router. Currently i am running a computer from upstairs on Windows Vista and a laptop with no problems. I am now trying to connect another computer-running on Windows XP from another bedroom (so my sons will have a computer each). I have purchased a new wireless adaptor (WNA1100) and was told in the shop if I plugged it in the new computers' USb it would work-wrong. So i have installed the software that came with the adaptor and I still cannot get on the internet. I have however managed to get on someone elses internet but not mine!!
Please can someone help-I am not that technically minded so please be gentle :)

Click on the below link and download the manual book.

Follow the instructions given in (page 2-4) "Creating a Profile to Connect to a

Wireless Network" but you need to know your wireless router SSID and the

security key if you have set.
