Hello,

my external hardisk 500gb my computer so hardisk but not open and open this messege
L:\is not accessble
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Plssss my problem Solved my hardisk not open my hardisk very importent file.

my disk not open & not formet but disk property is open pls. my problem solving..
plss.. my problem solv..pls..

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Plug your external hard drive

2) Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.

"Device Manager" will be opened.

Expand "Disk Drive" by double-clicking on it or click on the "+" symbol -->

Right-click on your external drive shown there --> Select "Uninstall" --> Unplug

your external hard drive --> Restart your PC --> Now plug your external hard

drive.
