My speakers dont play voices anymore

I bought some speakers for my phone the other day for about $70 and i dont know what happened but now when i try to listen to music,only the background music plays and you can barely hear the person singing.I tried to unplug and blow in the audio jack but nothing seems to work...this isnt the first time this has happened so i know it wasnt the speakers that messed up..i just want know if anything can be done to fix my speakers
