Hello,

One thing that I have not been able to figure out is how to Duplicate a cell and its current Highlighted color.

For example:
Sheet1-List of names

Column1 Column2
1. Jo YES
2. Mary NO
3. Jack NO
4. Henry YES
5. Sally NO

Names with YES are highlighted Green
Names with NO are highlighted RED

Sheet2-Diagram of Table with names scattered around
What I would like to do is on Sheet2 to make the Cell Duplicate the name with the Current highlight, this way if I change the Name or the Highlight then Sheet2 will automatically populate.

This is where I got stuck:
For EXAMPLE---(Sheet2;Column5;Row7)

I used the Formula;
='Server List'!A1

Which does Duplicate the name correctly but does not mimic its current Highlight Color

Please help if you can!
Thanks!!
Andy
