Black Screen in turn on....

Hello,

i have a problem with my PC. just suddenly show me a black screen at the turn on the system with the Logo of Intel and the options to enter Bios "Tab or Del".. but.. at the same time my keyboard isn't working then i cannot use the Tab or Del, all the USB are running very well and my CD-ROM don't read the windows CD. anyone could help me, plz?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
