Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2970908/how-to-use-microsoft-easy-fix-solutions
2) Check the SATA Mode in the BIOS. Change the mode and see if you are
able to write it. A wrong SATA Mode will also result in such problems even when
you are able to boot into Windows normally.
If the problem still exists then let us know the error message you are getting
when writing a CD\DVD.
