Hello,
Try this 1
The driver you have installed may be not compatible.
Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened.
If there is any yellow mark, then you need to install the correct & compatible
drivers. You can download the drivers from the manufacture's website.
