Hello,
Try this 1
1) Remove the power connector and the data cable and place it back properly
or try another cable.
2) Try updating the firmware. You can download it from the manufacture's
website.
3) Go to device manager, uninstall the drivers and restart your PC. It should be
able to install the drivers automatically after restarting.
4) Scan your PC using the Malware's Antimalware. Click on the below link
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Update it and perform deep scan.
