My PC restart again and again no display

Hello,

When i was shutdown my PC last night that was working properly. but now it is not booting and restart again and again without any display and any sound. One day ago i was facing same problem then i was change PSU(power supply unit), after that it was working properly. Right now it is not booting and i am not understand what is problem.
My system configuration P4(2.4), Motherboard 845gv -m2(elite)
Please help somebody, i am suffering this problem last 10 days

Hello,

Sure looks like you are marooned up the stream without a paddle.

I am pretty sure that you have a motherboard failure which only a hands on qualified technician can look into. I suggest you compare the price of a repair against buying a new machine.
