There are several Flash Players available for download from this site; most of them work with Windows XP. Download one of the Flash Players that best suits your needs from the below mentioned link:

Hi badsha,
A little bit of clarification is required here. Which Flash Player (such as Adobe Flash Player, Shockwave player, etc.) you are trying to Uninstall/Install?
Please do write back to us.

Hi badsha,
The Adobe Flash Player is software for viewing multimedia, Rich Internet
Applications, and streaming video and audio, in a web browser. Once installed it gets integrated with your web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google chrome, etc. when you try to watch an online video such as YouTube, this application enables your browser to watch that video.
Adobe Flash Player is not used as a separate media player in Windows. When you install Adobe Flash Player, it gets installed as a plugin.
Please reply if you have any further questions.
