Hi onnu,
BIOS or System Setup is generally available for download from the motherboard-Manufacturer's website or the Computer Manufacturer's website (in case of OEM or Branded Machines). Also, older versions might be available on the CD/DVD that came with the machine. Most of the common BIOS types can be updated by downloading and installing the .exe file.
If you need help with downloading the latest BIOS for your system, do reply with the make (Model Number) of the motherboard.
