Could you upload you file (with .xls extention) to a file sharing site like www.speedyshare.com.
Your file should contain sample data as it is now and how you would like to see it.

An easier way to do this would be to use the Pivot Table and then group the data in Months and Years. You can watch this YouTube video for more details:
