Hello,
I keep turning sticky keys on then when i turn it off it makes me type as if it is stuck on shift and when I try to click on only one shortcuts on the start screen it makes me select more then copies them all and I dont know how to fix it besides turning it off then on so please help.

have you tried to disable this option from control panel?
go to control panel -> accessibility options -> keyboard -> remove tickmark from options you dont need....
hope it works
