Hello,
My cd rom and my hdd are attach wid only one data cable and when ever i attach cd rom so error is coming "error in loading os" can any body tell me why this happenned.And when ever i remove the data cable from cd rom so no error is there.

you are getting trouble in booting sequence....fix it from BIOS --in boot option, otherwise you will need to change jumper settings of cd rom, may it is having primary position, you have to make it slave.

Thanks for your reply but cd rom was working from last two month today when I switch on the computer then this happened.

im not saying that CD rom is having problem, may be because of some reasons booting sequence has changed.
But im not sure try it once from BIOS.
