Hi gemgal,
You can connect your device to your Dell laptop and access picture files stored on your device. Please follow the steps below to connect to your Dell laptop:
1. Connect your device to the laptop with a USB cable.
2. Tap the indicator icons area and drag it downwards to open the notifications panel.
3. Select Connected as a media device ? Media device (MTP).
4. Transfer files between your device and the computer.
