If it says English on the case, then you should be able to find a switch languages option in the game graphic options.
Good luck figuring it out.

supposedly it must have been in english,but try to go in language and modify it,try every option till you get english,,,,,then enable it.if it persist then im sorry this means that you have got the chinese version when u bought it,,,next time try the game before buying it
