Hi Sadiaben,
Yes, in most of the cases formatting will remove all the traces of the Virus. The only exception is the Virus duplicating itself to locations other than Memory Card. If that is the case all the storage media should be thoroughly scanned using Anti-Virus software and take the required measures.
