White screen when i log on

Hello,

im having trouble with my laptop. i have only one user and when i log on it only shows me a white screen and i cant use anything. i have tried reboot but it just loads up my user with a white screen how can i reboot my computer without loosing al my things

you should system restore using system image disc while system boot up
