Hello, i had HDD password on my dell inspiron laptop. i tried to remove it. instead of removal of HDD passwor, system or administrator password is being demanded. now, when i press power button, a screen display comes. which is

SERVICE TAG: XXXXXX
ENTER PASSWORD

Enter system or administrator password then press <Enter>

PLzzzzzzz solve my problem. tell me some password or way out.
