                    Hi munikumar,



Sometimes because of the "Card Reader's Drivers" issue the card reader fails to function properly. Uninstalling the drivers from Device Manger and then restarting the computer fixes the problem in most of the case. Please check the below mentioned link for details on how to uninstall the "Card Reader's Drivers" from the Device Manager:
