I need help understanding something

Hello, I have had a previous problem with my laptop about it not startign up. Now after some searching around I saw that the problem was located on this page for my laptop.

The problem I have is the first one on the site. Now my question is what does it mean. The diagnosis is extremely vague. Am i supposed to replace the DIMM? Please help me. I appreciate it.

Hello,

Try this 1

If you notice that your CPU fan is running but there is no display in the screen,

then remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try

another slot. Check your RAM also. Even bad RAM will result in display problem.

That's what it mean.

well what about system board? What are you aupposed to do for that

Hello,
Try this 1
Even after checking your RAM and making sure that there is nothing wrong with it then the problem might be from the System Board which means the Motherboard.
