Hi DEVESH KUMAR,
Please try the below mentioned steps and check if this fixes the problem:
1. Try using this disc with a different computer and check if it works properly.
2. Check with discs and see if the Optical Drive ejects every time.
3. If the Optical Drive ejects with every disc you use, please update the latest firmware for the Optical Drive from the manufacturer's website.
Do reply with results.
