Hello,
Try this 1
1) First try resetting the BIOS.
Turn off your PC and remove the power chord --> Open the cabinet --> Remove
the CMOS battery for 15-30 minutes and then put it back properly. Now plug the
power cord back in and switch ON your PC.
Click on the below hyperlink "CMOS Battery" if you don't have any idea about
the CMOS battery

Another way to reset the BIOS :
If the problem still exist, click on the below link and follow the instructions in
"Hardware Reset".

2) If the problem still exists then check the POST information.
When you switch ON your computer keep tapping the "Tab" key to see the
POST message. Look for the information where it keeps detecting.
3) Remove all the devices like (CD\DVD-Drive, Hard drive etc) connected to your
motherboard and then switch ON your PC. Check if you are able to pass the
motherboard logo.
