Try this 1.
Assign the drive letter in "Disk Management".
Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Disk Management" window will be opened. If you notice a partition without a
drive letter then right-click on it --> Select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." -->
Click on "Add" button --> Select the drive letter --> Click on OK.
Let us know if you are able to see the drive letter now in "My Computer".

                    its an mp3 player its a portable device in windows 7 it doesent comes under disk management pls help me in other way
