Please let me know what "Flash Player" the website asks you to install. Is it "Adobe Flash Player"? Also, in your reply include the web browser you are using to watch "https://irokotv.com/".

yes it's the adobe flash player.they say the one I'm using is not the latest version.and the web browser is explorer/google

The latest version of "Adobe Flash Player" is "11.7.700.169". Please download and install this version of "Adobe Flash Player" from the below mentioned link using Internet Explorer:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Once installation completes, close all the browser windows and then restart the computer.
