Hello,
I'm having trouble with downloading videos with RealPlayer. They're downloaded successfully, but there is a problem, I have two proofs, one they seem to download too fast, and two no pictures have been shown. The Problem is they don't seem to play after downloading. Just stay stills or play but shows no picture moving in the video. What should I do? Please.

hi The Real Player has tech / software problem. They are trying to fix it. Till they fix it. It is not going to work. Please do not disturb your computers other programs.

first of all please try uninstall and re-install real player.
if it does not help check for firewall or security software, they might be blocking it

please try update the version of flash player and see if it helps, else try use another useraccount
