Hello,
Try this 1
Click on the below hyperlink "PIXMA iP90" and follow the instructions
PIXMA iP90
Click on "Drivers & Software" --> Select "Operating System" as "Window" from the
drop-down menu.
Since you are using Windows 7 64-bit OS.
Select "OS Version" as "Windows 7 x64" from the drop-down menu.
Click on "Drivers" --> Download the file and install it.
Note : Your printer must be installed via Microsoft Update before you download
and use the above downloaded module.

I have done that several times and also with Cannon's Customer service representative who gave up and said it was a problem with Toshiba's version of Windows & 64 bit. I just am having difficulty believing I am the only one with this problem.

Try this 1
Try Windows XP driver. Install it in compatibility mode. Click on the above given link
Make sure that "Drivers & Software" is selected --> Select Operating System as "Window" from the drop-down menu.
Select OS Version as "Windows XP" from the drop-down menu.
Click on "Drivers" and download it.
Click on the below link to install the driver in compatibility mode.

Maybe there is something wrong with your printer driver. Uninstall the driver then install it again. I think it will work out somehow. If it doesn't then you are using the wrong driver. You have compatibility issues with windows.
