Needs modem driver for hp pavilion ze4103s

Hello,

I would like to ask a help for my problem: I have a laptop hp pavilion ze4103s and have no recovery disc, I reformated it, thinking of installing a new system windows xp but then the modem was not installed I thought there might have gone something wrong with the installation so I did it once more until three to four times, the result has been still the same it doesn't install its modem and graphics. I really don't know what to do anymore.
If someone can help me, it would be very appreciated.
