How can i use my samsung C3312 for internet via laptop

Hello!
I am using samsung GT-C3312R Duos Champ (Rex-60) handset which I want to configure with my laptop, but its just not working asking me to download a software.
Can you please help & guide me the way to connect my samsung cell via laptop & from which link I can get to download Wechat app.

you can vconnetct your pc with your handset just follow 2 steps
1.use bluetooth....
2.use data cable in your mobile phone.....abhinaba
