Creating new sheet and transferring data to new sheet

With due respect I would like to have some Guidance for creating a excel sheet. My sheet is

Date name in out time.

This sheet contains 746 records of 26 persons. What I need is separate sheet for each person and his data tancred to his respected sheet.

You can use a filter to separate your data by person. Using the Goto > Special > Visible cells only, you can then copy only the filtered persons records to copy into a new sheet.

To do so, one needs to know the layout.

Best done by providing file using sites like www.speedyshare.com or ge.tt.
