Hi AizenReeve,

Please ensure that you have the Administrator Rights on the computer on which you are trying to install Adobe Flash Player. If you have the Administrator Rights, please ensure that all the previous versions of Flash Players are uninstalled before installing Adobe Flash Player. To uninstall previous instances of Flash Players:

1. Open "C:\WINDOWS\System32\Macromed\Flash".
2. Double click "FlashUtil32_11_8_800_94_ActiveX" icon and confirm the uninstall request.
3. Double click "FlashUtil32_11_8_800_94_Plugin" icon and confirm the uninstall request.

After removing the older instances of Flash Players, try to download and install Adobe Flash Player.

Hope this helps.
