We like to use maners around here, like "please" and "thank you".
If I understand your problem, you would like to know how to circumvent a security code. We are sorry, but we cannot assist with this as we cannot verify you are the correct user for the phone. Take the phone to your service provider, after they verify you are the user, they will assist you, I am certain.

i have purchased the phone from uk. my service provider can't help in this mater. they asked to contact the phone manufacturer.
